Why is Wave in 5Rhythms so
powerful?
Moving through the Wave is inherently cathartic, where
tension and bound up energy is released through access to
raw and freeing movement.
Wave is the endless movement of Life - magic & power.
The Wave demands everything.
Surrendering to it - is Cocreation. Can you get out of the
way? Can you surrender to the voice of the Body & the Heart?
Listen to the emptiness of the mind ? Calling the Soul in &
embody Spirit?
The Wave mirrors a natural, dynamic progression of energy
that resonates with our body, emotions, mind, soul and
spirit. Moving through these rhythms invies humans to meet,
explore, express, release and transform layers of self.
The the common held space in the Wave provides a safe and
transformative space for physical, emotional, and spiritual
exploration, making it a powerful and deeply moving
experience for 5Rhythms movers
This is an invitation
to emptying out.
Moving together in these holy
days - in the end of the year is opening up for all that
really matters. Finding a still point in a world which
really needs loving kindness and peace.
Annette & Jan
Has been a couple
for 35 years and both completed 5Rhythms® Teacher Training
with Gabrielle Roth in USA in 2005 and are both trained
Heartbeat teachers.
The 5Rhythms has not only been their personal path, but also
their professional life for the last 18 years.
They’ve both assisted on the 5R teacher training and are
board members of the 5Rhythms® Reach Out (5RRO).
Annette Uhlemann

Waves (2005) & Heartbeat Teacher, board member of
5Rhythms ReachOut.
Cultural Studies & Art at Uni. Hildesheim, Body therapist
and goldsmith.
12 years with the 5Rhythms in rehabilitation, at Aarhus Uni.
Hospital and participated in several research projects about
cancer and movement. Last 7 years also worked with
mentally vulnerable and people with eating- and self-harm
disorders.
Paints pictures and do research in art and ritual theater as
a therapeutic tool.

5Rhythms Waves
(2005) & Heartbeat Teacher, Psychotherapist and Diploma in
Psychiatry. Certified Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy Provider
(PATP) at Integrative Psychiatry Institute (USA)
Assisted Jonathan Horan on Mirrors and Naked Soul since
2016. Practiced the 5 Rhythms since 1998.
Also 6 years with:
"Men and cancer" in The Danish Cancer Assosiation. Born and
raised in Vejle.

The workshop counts as required Waves workshop for the 5Rhythms Teachers Training
